-We are currently hiring a magical leader (think ideation + excecution) for our head office. One of our key leadership roles which entails overseeing, managing and developing our operations, marketing and design team.
With guidance from our founder - our GM will create, oversee and execute on a diverse range of tasks and areas. The ideal candidate is a lover and master of delegation, training, spreadsheets, protocols and have a strong sense of boundaries and professionalism.
Our general manager is a dynamic, fresh and experienced business professional. The ideal candidate is both a fierce negotiator and hugger ;) The have general experience in a diverse range of areas including and not limited to: management, finance/bookkeeping, human resources, marketing and more. They are a go-getter who is constantly looking to find the next solution to evidence issues as well as uncovering areas of constant learning. Our general manager lives by the mantra - "ancora imparo" (I'm still learning).
