Wellness Wednesday: Matcha Latte

Drew and I are just getting back from an incredible weekend road tripping to Milwaukee where this band killed downtown! Check out the recent clip here.

I was the only female aboard the van that carried all of the band equipment with 4 guys. Needless to say, it was a cramped trip but totally worth every second to see the guys in action in a new city!

Getting back into the groove today I could feel my body calling for some outdoor meditation among the newly fallen leaves. Paired with my intention setting cards and cosmic mala necklace.

The rose quartz in this necklace is said to balance the emotions, raise self-esteem, restore confidence and open the heart to all types of love. It carries a gentle feminine energy of compassion, peace + healing which is everything I need to balance out today. ~Tiny Devotions

Sipping down my favorite matcha latte, you can find the recipes here and pin it for later as well!
