How to Meditate with your Mala Ring

A mala ring is much like a mala bead necklace or stack. These unique rings are not only a fashion statement, but great tool to use in your meditation practice. This ring’s guru stone is moonstone, which is said to bring out the best in people.

In addition to the guru stone, this Mala Ring has 18 moonstone dots on it. Use these dots to run your finger over slowly as you repeat your mantra, word or sound to infuse the ring with your intentions. Once you have gone around the ring 6 times you will have reached the auspicious 108.

On the back of the ring is the sacred geometric engraving of The Flower of Life, symbolic of the connections life weaves through all beings. This piece of jewelry can be worn everywhere. Think of the number of things you come in contact with each day – your energy flows where intention goes.
