Take 5: A Presence Worksheet for Resetting

Being present and living in the moment can sometimes feel like a struggle when you’re busy manifesting! These thoughts that cloud your mind can take away from the joy of today. If you catch yourself worrying too much about tomorrow, or you’re feeling stuck or frustrated, try incorporating one of these easy tips:

1) Savor your morning cup of coffee or tea.

2) Use essential oils. Have you tried diffusing?

3) Write one line a day in your journal.

4) Next time you’re having a conversation with somebody, put down your phone + really listen.

5) Stretch it out. Roll your shoulders. Go for a walk.
